First conversation
Before anything begins, we have a short informal call — no agenda, no commitment. Just a chance to get a sense of one another and whether the fit feels right.
Choosing your engagement
Together we decide which format suits your situation — a single session, a three-month rhythm, or a structured six-session programme. We'll be honest if something else seems like a better fit.
Beginning at your pace
Scheduling is handled directly with your named consultant. Sessions happen in Medellín or by video call. The pace is yours to set.
